Fidarion is live. It is a new product from HUBBLR Technologies that brings AI into German law firms, tax advisory firms and audit practices, without putting client confidentiality at risk.
Why we built it
Lawyers, tax advisors and auditors spend a large part of their day on administration: file notes, correspondence, searching through case files. AI can take much of that off their desks. But these professions are bound by professional secrecy under §203 StGB, and most AI tools send client data to servers where nobody can say what happens to it. For a law firm, that is not a detail. It is the reason to say no.
Fidarion starts from that constraint instead of working around it.
What Fidarion does
Fidarion Scribe records client meetings, extracts the tasks and writes the file note, entirely on the firm’s own computer. Up to 30 minutes of note-taking become two. No audio, transcript or metadata leaves the firm’s network.
Fidarion Welcome greets clients by name on the screen in the meeting room, using the firm’s existing calendar, instead of showing “Meeting Room 3”.
Fidarion Chat answers questions from the firm’s case files and in-house templates, with a source for every answer.
Around the products, the Fidarion team helps firms introduce AI step by step, from a first pilot to a firm-wide rollout. It also automates workflows such as matter intake, deadlines and correspondence, and runs the IT and AI infrastructure afterwards.
Two ways to run it
Every firm chooses one of two operating models. In the EU cloud, data leaves the firm but stays in the EU, hosted in Frankfurt under a data processing agreement per Art. 28 GDPR. On premise, the AI runs on hardware in the firm’s own office, and data never leaves the building. In both models, client data is never used to train a model.
